Saskatchewan in Motion
Saskatchewan In Motion is a provincial movement that works to increase physical activity opportunities for children and youth. In motion recommends the simple 30-30-30 solution: if the school, community and home settings all take a shared responsibility and work together to each provide 30 minutes of physical activity to youth every day, meeting the physical activity guidelines of 60 minutes becomes much easier to achieve. Find great information and resources for schools, including in motion’s Daily Physical Activity (DPA) Manual. The DPA Manual contains over 150 activities for grades K-8 and require little to no equipment. Great for physical activity integrated learning or for simple body breaks during class!
