BADMINTON CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM 2009/2010
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Review the following racquets. Choose a
Minimum of 3 and a Maximum of 6 racquets you
would like to view. These racquets are for
Viewing ONLY, not to be used to hit shuttles.
2. Check off the racquets you want and fill in the information at the bottom of the sheet.
Sportfactor Inc. will ship you one of each for viewing... **FREIGHT FREE. to Schools in B.C., Alberta, Sask, and Manitoba**
3.View the racquets for 10 DAYS.
4. Complete the order form (sent with the racquets), and we will ship your
First order FREIGHT FREE to Schools . Racquets not sold are to be shipped back PREPAID by the school.
*Freight Free applies to all schools in BC, AB, SK & MB. Discounted freight charges will apply for other provinces.

Sportfactor Terms & Conditions:
Any racquets NOT sold must be returned in NEW CONDITION ready for resale. Any racquets returned that HAVE been used to hit shuttles will be returned to the school and invoiced. Racquets are for VIEWING only.
Any unsold racquets NOT returned after 4 weeks will be invoiced. It is the responsibility of the school to send back any unsold racquets PREPAID by the school.
Sportfactor String Warranty: NO manufacturer covers string under warranty. We at Sportfactor Inc. will re-string all racquets from the Consignment Program free of charge for the first *21 calendar days from date of invoice. Racquets to be shipped to Sportfactor are PREPAID by the school and returned PREPAID by Sportfactor. *This is a firm 21 days, NO exceptions.
RACQUET WARRANTY:
All Sportfactor Consignment racquets are guaranteed for six months from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship only. The guarantee does not apply to string breakage or to racquet breakage which is; in Sportfactor’s judgment, caused by either intentional or inadvertent misuse, i.e. collision. Racquets must be returned to Sportfactor for inspection with proof of purchase. Replacement racquets are not guaranteed. ****Please Contact Us at 1-888-989-9090 for an Order Form ****
